How to Select a Common-mode Choke Winding Machine
Published · Jun 24, 2026
Common-mode choke production is usually not a single winding action. It often combines winding, foot hanging, board threading and soldering. BJT12 can be the winding entry point for common and differential-mode inductors, evaluated by 953-type cores, wire diameter, wire length and turns.
If downstream foot hanging is needed, evaluate BJT15. If board threading is needed, evaluate BJT13. If soldering is required, evaluate BJT05. Before inquiry, prepare sample photos, core specification, wire diameter, wire length, turns, lead structure and target throughput.
