Common-mode choke selection should consider core size, wire diameter, wire length, turns and downstream processes such as foot hanging, board threading and soldering.

Common-mode inductor production can start with BJT12 winding, then connect foot hanging and soldering according to product structure.

Differential-mode inductor production often winds first and then adds soldering. BJT06, BJT09 and BJT03 fit different throughput and downstream needs.

BJT18 and BJT17 both support flat-wire winding, but thick wire, thin wire, product size and wire-damage requirements drive selection.

BJT01 focuses on synchronized winding and stranding, while BJT02 is for T1/T2 products and tap direction recognition.

For large common-mode coils with thick copper wire, selection should focus on wire damage, stable holding and appearance consistency.

Many inductor production bottlenecks happen after winding, including manual transfer, lead handling, board threading and soldering consistency.

BJT07 is for downstream sleeving of ring coils and toroidal inductors, evaluated by sleeve specification, incoming material state and cycle time.
