Differential-mode Winding: How to Combine BJT06, BJT09 and BJT03
Published · Jun 22, 2026
BJT06 is a common automatic winding model for differential-mode toroidal inductors, suitable for stable replacement of manual winding across multiple product types. BJT09 is more focused on high-speed flying-wire winding for stable product ranges and controlled tuning cycles.
When lead forming, cutting and soldering are needed after winding, BJT03 can be evaluated. For quotation, prepare core specification, wire diameter, wire length, turns, target throughput and solder joint requirements.
