How BJT12, BJT15 and BJT05 Form a Common-mode Process Chain
Published · Jun 23, 2026
BJT12 handles common-mode coil winding, BJT15 handles foot hanging and BJT05 handles downstream soldering. Whether they should be combined depends on lead structure, wire range, incoming material state and target cycle time.
If manual work remains after winding, customers can introduce machines step by step by bottleneck process. If the product is stable and capacity target is clear, a multi-process solution can be evaluated directly.
